This 400 impression tool has a 2 drop valve gate hot runner system, each nozzle feeding 200 imps.
via a balanced runner system. The cores forming the hook are retracted by means of four
pneumatic cylinders. Eight separate pin ejection units are operated in both fixed and moving
halves of the tool. |
