The tool contains eight modules located in each half. Additional modules and spare vulnerable inserts were supplied allowing for quick changeovers, whilst the tool remains in the moulding machine. All common inserts are completely interchangeable for all 16 impressions, guaranteeing continuous moulding around the clock.
Following the success of the first tool a further production tool was ordered to an identical specification.
